AREXIM has extensive experience in making high-precision mould tools for the electrical, electronics and automotive industries. Our tool designers and engineers have managed highly complex tooling projects, including tools with complete hot-runner systems on up to 16-cavity tools.

The AREXIM tool making facility is equipped with state-of-the-art milling, erosion and other specialised metal processing machines. The Pro-Engineer CAD/CAM system provides the 3D power and support for the design and manufacture of the tools, including complete 3D modelling, tool simulations and analyses of the injection moulding process.

The capacity of our tool room equipment allows us to produce mould tools of up to two tons in weight.

We use standard components supplied only by internationally recognised companies such as HASCO, MOLD-MASTERS, MASTIP, BOGNER- EDELSTAHL, MEUSBURGER, DME.
